International Shipping

Terms & Conditions:

When placing an order for delivery outside of the United Kingdom ("International Order") you acknowledge and agree that the recipient of the International Order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. By placing an International Order with HOS, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this International Shipping Clause.

The recipient of the International Order is solely responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country. These charges are separate from the product and shipping costs and are not included in the order total.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. HOS has no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be.

HOS will accurately complete a customs declaration for all International Orders, which includes a description of the contents and their value, including any free gifts and samples. However, HOS is not responsible for any customs-related issues that may arise due to the accuracy or completeness of the information provided by the customer. Customs officers can open, and control packages, and HOS has no influence over that.

In the event that an International Order is refused by the recipient or is not accepted by the customs authorities of the destination country, and the order is returned to HOS, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any additional fees incurred.

HOS reserves the right to update this clause to reflect any changes in international trade regulations and their impact on the ordering process.
